Hi, I’m Dr. Japa. I founded Japa Breathwork through my own journey of transformation. Breathwork didn’t just heal me—it completely reshaped my life from the inside out.
Trained in advanced breathwork modalities, I combine science-backed methods with therapeutic practices to help you release what's holding you back. With a doctorate in education and certifications in transformational breathwork, executive coaching, and applied neuroscience for mind-body integration, my approach is holistic and designed for lasting change.
Based in Los Angeles, I lead semi-private group classes in serene spaces across the Westside. I also offer virtual sessions, so wherever you are, we can breathe together.
