Japa Breathwork Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Japa Breathwork. By accessing or using our website, booking a class, or engaging in any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Information
Japa Breathwork provides transformational breathwork sessions, coaching, and wellness services. These are designed to support emotional, energetic, and personal growth. We are not a medical facility and do not provide diagnoses or treatment for any medical conditions. By accessing our services, you confirm that:

• You are 14 years of age or older.

• You are physically and emotionally able to participate in breathwork.

• You do not have any health conditions that would make breathwork unsafe for you.

2. Services
Japa Breathwork provides guided breathwork services, including in-person classes, virtual classes, private sessions, and wellness retreats. These services are available in various locations and may be subject to availability.

3. Class Registration and Payment
All participants must register for classes or sessions via our website or authorized platforms. Payment for classes, private sessions, or packages must be made in full before participation. Prices are subject to change, and discounts or promotions may be offered at our discretion.

4. Waiver and Liability
Participation in Japa Breathwork classes or activities involves physical activity and can involve risks. By attending a class or session, you agree to sign the waiver of liability as part of the registration process. You understand that your participation is voluntary and assume all risks associated with the activities.

5. Health Disclaimer
Breathwork may result in strong emotional or physical responses. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in suitable condition to participate. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. If you experience any discomfort, please stop the session and seek medical attention if needed.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class or 24 hours before a scheduled private session. Class credit or a refund is not available for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class or 24 hours before the private session. However, you may reschedule your class or session if done within the allotted time.

7. Class Limitations
Japa Breathwork classes are limited to a set number of participants (usually 8) to ensure an intimate and personalized experience. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Behavior and Conduct
We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere during classes and sessions. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others will not be tolerated.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Japa Breathwork website, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, text, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Japa Breathwork. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

10. Health and Safety
By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of engaging in physical activities. You agree to inform the instructor of any health conditions or concerns before the session begins. Please note, we cannot advise you on any concerns related to medical issues. We advise consulting with your licensed healthcare provider for any health-related inquiries and to assess whether breathwork is suitable for you.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Media Release
By participating in Japa Breathwork classes or events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Japa Breathwork the right to use these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the instructor before the session begins.

13. Modifications to Terms
Japa Breathwork reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the website, and the revised version will take effect immediately.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
