About Us
Japa Breathwork was founded in 2020 by Dr. Japa Kullar as an online sanctuary to support those navigating anxiety, stress, and grief during uncertain times. What began as a way to help others through a challenging period quickly evolved into a therapeutic space for deep emotional release and healing.
Today, breathwork is rapidly gaining recognition as a powerful modality for profound healing and transformation. Through guided group and private sessions, clients often release years of emotional weight and trauma, emerging with a renewed sense of lightness, clarity, and peace. Many describe the experience as “years of therapy without saying a word.”
The word Japa means “repetition.” In breathwork, it refers to a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern that helps the mind and body release unprocessed emotions and suppressed experiences—creating space for healing, clarity, and transformation.

The Process
Japa uses a transformative 3-part process to guide you through emotional healing and self-discovery, helping you release blocks and reconnect with your authentic self.
Grounding: The journey begins by helping you settle into your body, creating safety and presence as you connect with the moment and the space around you.
Breathing: The process intensifies with active, conscious breathing, where deep emotional release occurs, allowing you to let go of stored emotions and tension for healing.
Anchoring: The session concludes with anchoring—a guided meditation to ground the release and leave you feeling centered and connected to yourself.
